Mini Med is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Free Cash Flow Management, to join the Corporate FP&A team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide cash flow forecasting and performance management, acting as a key partner to executive leadership.
You will own the Free Cash Flow forecast, provide insights into cash drivers, and influence capital efficiency decisions. This position also requires 3 days per week on-site work in either Minneapolis or Northridge. Strong experience in finance and leadership is essential.
