A Day in the LifeThe Senior Financial Analyst will support the Coronary sales organization by providing financial analytics, reporting, and decision support for commercial and operational leadership. This role partners closely with various levels of sales and finance leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and actionable insights that drive business performance.
Responsibilities- Deliver actionable sales and profitability insights through data‑driven analysis to identify risks and opportunities and help drive actions to meet revenue commitments.
- Assist in the creation of models and tools that support activities such as forecasting and annual planning for U.S. sales business partners.
- Provide financial and analytical support of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute KPI reporting.
- Perform month‑end close responsibilities including variance analysis.
- Proactively navigate change and adapt analyses and priorities to evolving business needs.
- Drive efficiency and improvement of related finance processes in support of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Positive and motivated approach to tasks and building relationships.
- Experience supporting a sales organization.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and long‑range planning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry.
- MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification.
- Experience with SAP, Tableau, Salesforce and other finance systems.
