Tax Credit Associate

Position Overview

Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, serving clients with domestic and international operations. We have an immediate opening for a Tax Credit Associate with at least four years of tax credit experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link, however, candidates in St.

Louis are strongly preferred. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

• At least four years of tax credit experience.
• Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $230,000 - $275,000 and in Illinois and Minnesota is $215,000 - $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
