Custody Operations Specialist
This role is a 1st Shift position, scheduled from Monday to Friday. Candidates will perform various functions within the vault, such as pulling files, putting files away, and conducting quality control. A significant part of the job involves verifying that loan files are filed correctly and searching for misplaced files, which includes utilizing computer systems to trace their last known locations.
The role requires being on your feet 90% of the time and may involve walking and climbing step stools.
- Pull and file loan documents accurately within the vault.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure files are correctly located.
- Research misplaced files using computer systems and physical searches.
- Verify the accuracy of filing locations and correct any discrepancies.
- Maintain organization within the vault.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.
- Capability to multitask effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Production-based experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to be on feet all day.

This role involves working in a large vault, which serves as an office warehouse full of files arranged by customer and loan number. The work environment is predominantly spent on your feet, so comfortable shoes, such as tennis shoes, are recommended. The dress code is business casual.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
