Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Homebridge Healthcare Services LLC is hiring a full-time Accountant.

• Prepare monthly company financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flows report, and quarterly and annual budget forecast by analyzing financial variances for the company.
• Prepare financial reports and make financial recommendations to managers and provide sufficient financial analysis and projections for the company.
• Perform general ledger accounts analysis, research accounting discrepancies and carry out monthly bank reconciliations by using accounting software and system.
• Manage the tax budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of estimated payments. Plan and execute financial and information technology, internal auditing, fraud investigations and accounting regulatory compliance reviews.
• Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising management on required actions and tax strategy adjustments.
• Set up payroll system by determining payroll liabilities and prepare Payroll Records. Process year-end 1099s and W-2s.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other related field. Must have 24 months experience as Accountant, Budget and Finance Assistant or other related position.
