- Base Salary:
After successfully completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional; annual salary of $24,000 - Commissions and Bonus:
In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus - Benefits Eligibility:
Eligible financial professionals can participate in comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k);
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), subject to program terms and conditions
