Bloomington, MN (Hybrid) | $235,000–$280,000 + 40% Target Bonus

We're partnering with a well‑established, privately held global organization headquartered in the Twin Cities that is seeking a Global Controller, VP Finance, or Global Finance Leader to step into a highly visible International CFO role. This succession‑driven opportunity was created through executive promotion and offers the chance to lead the finance organization supporting approximately 35–40% of a $1 billion global business.

• Partner directly with the Enterprise CFO and executive leadership team
• Broad exposure to global accounting, treasury, international operations, and strategic initiatives

• Lead the global finance organization supporting international operations
• Develop and mentor Finance Directors across multiple regions
• Oversee international accounting, financial reporting, and global finance operations
• Provide oversight of treasury, transfer pricing, foreign currency, and related finance activities
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance, and future growth
• Drive continuous improvement while building upon an already strong finance organization

• CPA (active or inactive) and public accounting background preferred
• Experience as a Global Controller, Corporate Controller, VP Finance, International Controller, or similar global finance leadership role
• Strong technical accounting foundation with multinational finance experience
• Executive presence with a collaborative, servant‑leader mindset
• Experience leading global accounting teams and partnering across international operations

• $235,000–$280,000 base salary
