The Sales Executive Leadership – Bankcard role leads the Commercial Payments Solutions (CPS) Bankcard growth strategy within the Specialized Industries Verticals in the Institutional Client Group (ICG). The role drives acquisition, portfolio expansion, cross-sell execution, and strategic client engagement across priority market segments. It contributes to the broader PMI Sales Distribution strategy focused on revenue acceleration, unified sales execution, client growth, and increasing wallet share.

The role will become increasingly strategic, expanding to enterprise account planning, cross-product orchestration, pipeline governance, strategic vertical development, and growth initiatives to achieve long-term revenue and pipeline objectives. The role regularly interacts with senior leaders and represents Bankcard interests in strategic planning and growth discussions.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• 8+ years of management experience developing sales teams (preferred).
• Experience in financial services, payments, treasury, or a regulated industry (preferred).
