Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area looking for a Senior
Financial Analyst
. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, strong analytical skills and high attention to details.

The salary range for this role is $85k-120k.

The Senior
Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Perform and lead month‑end of varying complexities.
• Conduct in‑depth assessments of financial data and business activity, delivering practical recommendations that influence policies, internal controls, and decision‑making.
• Prepare account reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Examine historical and current results to identify future financial trends. Recommend enhancements that strengthen profitability, operational efficiency, and financial health.
• Review complex budgets, profitability models, performance reports, financial statements, and operational records to validate accuracy and guide improvement opportunities.
• Guide the creation of analysis and reporting across budgeting, long‑range planning, cash flow modeling, regulatory reporting, statistical tracking, and recurring forecasts.
• Develop and maintain key data repositories used for forecasting, scenario modeling, and long‑term financial planning.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Senior
Financial Analyst will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
