Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Salary: $88,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and analyses using financial systems, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, including management reporting, financial statement analysis, and compensation reporting.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects to support business objectives.
  • Partner with various departments to complete high‑visibility industry surveys and reporting initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions that improve data accessibility, accuracy, and decision‑making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on financial systems, reporting processes, and data integration.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience with SQL, database reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Professional services or law firm experience is preferred.
  • CPA is a plus but not required.
