Business Risk Officer

We are looking for an accomplished, detail-oriented Business Risk Officer within a banking environment. • Advise on regulatory, operational, and reputational risk matters by translating requirements into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Oversee risk assessments, control reviews, and remediation planning to address gaps in processes.
• Monitor performance through meaningful metrics and reporting that highlight control effectiveness, emerging issues, and progress on action plans.
• Support compliance reviews, examinations, and risk program activities by preparing documentation and coordinating responses across business teams.
• Drive process improvements that strengthen governance, streamline execution, and improve consistency across front-line risk practices.
