Now they're looking for a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy for the company's largest business segment, representing approximately 60% of total company revenue
.
This isn't a traditional FP&A leadership role focused on reporting. You'll partner directly with operational leadership to improve margins, influence strategic decisions, and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support continued acquisitions and growth. Responsibilities:
- Guide executive leadership on strategic business decisions using advanced financial insights
- Direct annual operating budgets, long-range strategic plans, and rolling forecasts
- Drive value creation initiatives focused on EBITDA expansion and cash optimization
- Evaluate acquisition candidates and major capital investments through scenario modeling
- Oversee corporate FP&A activities including executive reporting and business reviews
- Design KPI dashboards and predictive analytics tools to support decision-making
- Partner with sales and operations leaders to enhance operational execution
- Implement standardized financial scorecards to enforce accountability across all departments
- Enforce internal financial controls and risk management practices across the enterprise
- Prepare financial presentation materials for board members and executive stakeholders
- Build high-performing finance teams through continuous coaching and talent development
- Lead finance modernization projects including software optimization and workflow automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $150,000–$190,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
