Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to take on a newly created role for a well‑known client of ours that has several US locations -- this particular hire would ideally utilize their office in Minneapolis!

This role is essential for their growth initiatives and will play a key part in the readiness for their desire to continue their expansion. The Senior Analyst will be a high‑visibility position with opportunities to interface with key leaders across the organization

• Analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with leadership on a routine basis to achieve common goal
• Gathering data, identifying solutions to various upcoming areas of risk, and ultimately presenting your findings to leadership
• Ad hoc analysis projects as assigned
• Actively participate in financial system upgrades & implementation
• Develop a strong understanding of the firm's financial systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• CPA/MBA preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience working in a professional services organization is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with executives
