Financial Advisor

Compensation: ~$100,000 base | Path to $250,000-$300,000+ at full advisor level

We're hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client -- a tax-planning-forward independent advisory firm managing approximately $300M in AUM in the greater Minneapolis area. • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management
• Fully licensed

  Life and Health (MN), Series 65 or 66; CFP a strong plus
• Knowledge of annuity, investment, and tax-aware planning strategies
• A client-first mindset with confidence, coachability, and a hunger to grow
• Para-planners or associate advisors ready for their next chapter -- this one's for you

• ~$100,000 base salary to start
• Commission on AUM and insurance production at advisor level
• Health, dental, and long-term disability -- firm covers 75% of employee premiums
• 401(k) after 90 days with 4% employer match
• 15 days PTO from day one, increasing each year
