: $250‑$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored FINRA licenses. - Stable Pay
:
After completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Biweekly stable pay for up to 24 months, based on a structured 40‑hour workweek with $34,200 annually. - Commissions and Bonus
:
In addition to stable pay, eligible to earn commissions and bonus. - Benefits Eligibility
