Senior Implementation Analyst

• Design, implement, and support analytics and reports across Ameriprise Finance Department
• Assist in the automation of analytical workflows within the Finance Organization
• Partner with business and technology to model analytical workflows and reports within the organization
• Design and implement data storage and retrieval solutions to assist Finance in their current activities
• Analyze performance of analytics and reports
• Investigate unexpected results, for example issues with data quality of inputs

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative finance, Computer science, math, physics, or other appropriate fields
• 3+ years' experience performing analytical analysis or development of models
• Ability to program in python
• Some fluency with data and data management concepts
• Familiarity with common Software Engineering Development and Production Practices
• Working understanding of Financial concepts

Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing analytics and reporting solutions within finance, utilizing programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of data management concepts. Capable of analyzing performance metrics and ensuring data quality to support financial decision-making.
