Senior Asset Manager

Roers Companies seeks a Senior Asset Manager to lead performance of a growing portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets. You will own the asset strategy, analyzing financial and operational performance, optimizing NOI, and driving long-term value. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, lease-up and stabilization oversight, and collaborating with property management, development, and investors. You'll prepare investor reports, lead hold/sell analyses, support refinances and dispositions, and identify risk mitigation and value-add opportunities in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operational performance for a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use assets.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
• Analyze property performance, NOI drivers, and variances; recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee lease-up, stabilization, and value-add strategies with property management teams.
• Lead capital planning, Cap
• Ex prioritization, and return-on-investment analysis.
• Prepare and present regular investor and lender reports and performance updates.
• Conduct market research, underwriting, and hold/sell/refinance analyses.
• Collaborate with development and acquisitions teams on transitions from construction to stabilization.
• Identify and mitigate asset-level risks across the portfolio.
• Support dispositions, refinances, and other major transactions, including due diligence.
