Job Description

The Forecasting, Budgeting, & Reporting analyst will provide centralized support within the PCS Marketing organization, providing forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, and strategic decision support across Partnership business lines and enterprise-wide acquisition initiatives. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Channel teams to develop acquisition forecasts, evaluate profitability, support new product launches, and enhance planning processes. In addition to supporting Partnership acquisition strategies, this role will play a key role in advancing centralized PCS reporting, budgeting, campaign governance, and reporting automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in forecasting, marketing analytics, financial modeling, and cross-functional planning, along with a passion for process improvement and automation. This position aligns closely with PCS initiatives focused on acquisition forecasting modernization, centralized reporting, campaign approval governance, and cross-channel planning Provides financial analyses related to budgets, forecasting, allocation of expenses, ad hoc analysis for business case development and custom financial analyses, peer group analysis and internal consulting for all levels of management.

Develops and maintains spreadsheets and statistical models for financial analysis. Prepares a variety of management presentations. Researches and resolves problems and errors in data from financial reporting systems. May provide assistance in the development of financial applications. May prepare interest rate pricing and forecasting information for use in asset and liability management. Financial and statistical data developed is used by management in policy setting and decision making.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
  • Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools
  • Master's degree preferred
