Overview
We are working with a Private Equity group from an established local asset manager to help them find a Private Equity Associate to join their team.
This person will support the private equity team by evaluating equity co-investments, performing industry, market and company-specific research, prepare financial models and investment memorandums, and source private equity funds.
Responsibilities- Evaluate equity co-investments
- Perform industry, market and company-specific research
- Prepare financial models and investment memorandums
- Source private equity funds
- Extremely ambitious candidate with a history of achievement and deal experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
