We are partnering with a growing Fortune 500 manufacturing company that is delivering record sales performance and continued market momentum to identify a Director of Investor Relations. This is a highly visible opportunity to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while leading communication efforts with investors and analysts.
The Director of Investor Relations will work closely with the CEO and CFO to prepare for quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and ongoing market engagement, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and enterprise strategy. This role is ideal for someone currently in Investor Relations looking for a broader platform, or for a high-performing professional coming from investment banking, equity research, or a hedge fund environment who is interested in transitioning to the corporate side of IR.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of investor relations experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $210,000–$220,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
