We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a collaborative team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning financial data into clear business insights and building models that support strategic decisions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar corporate finance role.

- Demonstrated ability to build and refine financial models for planning, reporting, and decision support.

- Strong background in variance analysis and interpreting financial results in a business context.

- Experience conducting ad hoc analysis and working with large volumes of financial and operational data.

- Proficiency with data mining techniques and advanced analytical problem-solving.

- Familiarity with Power BI is preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to business partners and leadership.
