Financial Consultant

• Provide strategic counsel, expertise, vision and leadership for identifying, evaluating, implementing and integrating appropriate financial strategies
• Oversee gathering, analysis, preparation and summary of present and future financial budget trends and performance
• Present to Business Area leaders and work closely with senior leadership on financial strategy utilization
• Perform complex, confidential financial studies and analysis
• Develop and implement unique solutions to complex financial problems
• Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria, including interpreting accounting guidance
• Coordinate financial analysis and management support for the annual budget process
• Provide modeling, analysis and financial support for current-year and five-year forecasting
• Lead complex projects and financial evaluations
• Implement process improvements and business solutions
• Direct, guide and review the work of Financial Analysts
• Manage change and assist others in managing change

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Minimum seven years experience in general financial accounting, reporting or analysis
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, financial and economic modeling, financial process controls and problem solving
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team and to interface with all levels of management

Demonstrates expertise in financial strategy development, analysis, and forecasting, with a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement. Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex financial projects, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
