- Assist in preparing month-end fund shareholder reports, including semi-annual reports, schedules of investments, financial statements, notes to financial statements, prospectus reporting, and fact sheets
- Assist with SEC regulatory filings and compliance requirements, including N-PORT, N-CEN, and N-MFP
- Compile and validate data and disclosures for internal reporting and reports for Mutual Funds, Series Funds, and Core Funds boards of trustees/directors
- Improve and enhance process documentation to mature the internal controls environment
- Utilize AI-powered tools and data analytics to improve productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on reporting, data validation, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
- Currently a Junior with a December 2027 or May 2028 graduation date
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- GPA of 3.0+
- Ability to leverage AI tools such as Copilot when working with large datasets
- Skilled in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with tight deadlines in a team environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting, with a focus on compliance and data validation. Capable of leveraging AI tools and MS Office applications to enhance productivity and improve internal controls.
