Are you a detail-oriented financial analyst looking to expand your skills in a dynamic corporate setting? We’re seeking a Financial Analyst 2 to support SG&A cost centers through hands-on financial analysis, reporting, and planning. In this role, you’ll contribute to critical month-end activities, partner with department managers, and provide insights that help drive better business decisions. • Support Monthly and Annual Closes. Coordinate monthly accounting close activities, prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and establish accruals for assigned SG&A categories.
• Analyze and Report Financial Performance. Produce monthly SG&A reporting with variance analysis to plan and prior year, including written commentary.
• Support Planning and Forecasting. Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for assigned cost centers and balance sheet accounts.
• Contribute to Compliance Activities. Participate in quarterly and annual corporate reporting, audits, and SOX compliance as needed.
• Assist Department Managers. Support SG&A budget owners with questions, data requests, and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Engage in Cross-Functional Projects. Participate in other finance and business projects as necessary to support broader organizational goals.
• Typical/expected % of overnight travel: Up to 5%

• Education. A 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience. 2-3 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Technical Proficiency. Excellent accounting skills with strong systems aptitude, including Excel, Access, general ledger systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Communication & Collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical & Organizational Strength. Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred. Experience with Oracle general ledger and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with SAP BPC for financial reporting.
