The Senior Manager ,FP&A willbethe primary finance partner responsible for managing efforts to support the Fraud & Security Solutions(FSS) business unit,working closely with senior cross-functional business leaders to provide insightful global financial business reporting and analysis to help drive strategic decisions. Areas of focus include financial reporting and analysis of global results, driving decisions that align with key business initiatives,management of scheduled periodic forecasts and annual budgets,preparation and presentationofmonthlyfinancial results to relevant budget owners.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts supported by active deals throughout the quarter. Present output to FSSsenior leadership prior to submission to Verint global leadership team.
- Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for the global FP&A organization.
Work directly with FSS budget owners to gain an understanding of business requirements and identifyspecificrecommendations for changes/improvements based on trends andcurrentbusiness initiatives.
- Analyzeactualmonthlyfinancial results compared toexistingbudgets and forecastsandwork with global accounting teams to record correcting entries where appropriate. Identify impacts of actual results on future periods and update the forecast appropriately. Present findings directly to FSS budget owners
- Work closely with the BU leadership teams to understand the product roadmap and ensure appropriate financial processes are in place to implement BU strategy aligned to that roadmap
- Work closely with the FSS supply chain organization to identify impacts on existing forecasts and future budgets
- Review inventory on hand and identify required reserves for obsolete and/or slow-moving products.
- Manage headcount forecast and hiring planvia frequent and consistent communication withHR and business leaders
- Prepare annual bookings and quota analysis to support commissions plans for allquota-carrying FSS employees.
- Calculate monthly commissions payments for FSSemployees and submit to payroll.
- Complete various ad hoc analyses as required
- 8+year ofexperiencein Financeor Accounting, with4+ years ofFP&A experience working directly with key decisions makers within the business
- Strong understanding of P&L reporting and experience researching/investigating key variances in financial results vs expectations
- 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Sound work ethic with flexibility to work beyond normal business hoursas needed
- Ability to adapt to rapid changeand think creatively
- Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and detail oriented
- Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification
- Successful completion of a credit check necessary for those travel-related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel
- Experience with Oracle,Hyperion and/or Anaplan
- Cost Accounting background
- Experience in a manufacturing or hardware-focused environment

- We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Base salary will be starting at $120,000.
