Government Sales Support Specialist

• Serve as a primary point of contact for government account support activities
• Support all capital and rental billing processes related to government contracts
• Research, track, and maintain records of government-related transactions and prepare reports
• Respond to inquiries from Program Managers and customers regarding products and account details
• Assist in the preparation of responses to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solicitations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in account management, preferably supporting government or public sector customers
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Additional education or experience in government contracting is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
