The Master Barber role at Razor King LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Minneapolis, MN. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming treatments, while maintaining high standards of precision and hygiene. The Master Barber will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend styles and hair care routines, and deliver services that align with individual needs.

This role also involves maintaining a clean, organized workstation, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations, and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere in the barbershop. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring junior staff, staying current with trends and techniques, and contributing to client retention through excellent customer service.

• 3+ years of professional experience behind the chair in a barbershop or grooming environment.
• Proven ability to cut all hair types and textures with confidence and precision.
• Strong technical skills in fades, scissor work, beard sculpting, and straight razor shaving.
• Professional presence — reliable, punctual, well-groomed, and client-focused.
• Upscale service mindset with strong consultation, communication, and client experience skills.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele within a membership and walk-in model.
• Licensed in Minnesota: active Barber license preferred (Master Barber ideal) OR an active Salon Manager license in good standing (if not holding a barber license).
