Description

At RS EDEN, our mission is to create thriving, just communities where healing occurs, and new beginnings are possible. Our values are Compassion, Innovation, Community, Hope, Respect and Inclusion, Accountability and Integrity, and Safety.

Summary

This full‑time role is within RS EDEN’s Mental Health and Trauma Recovery program. The Mental Health Professional will manage a caseload of individual, couples, family, and children and facilitate group therapy. The position requires collaboration with the clinical team to deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals who may have justice involvement, substance use disorders, trauma histories, or who are reluctant to receive services.

Services are provided across RS EDEN programs, including an outpatient mental health clinic, residential substance use treatment, reentry housing, and individual and family supportive housing sites.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing community‑based services and a strong desire to support children and families. This role includes providing therapy and skills‑based interventions across a diverse client base, with a particular focus on advancing family‑centered programming. The position will play a key role in developing and supporting ongoing family, parenting, and child‑supportive services. A commitment to high‑quality care, a belief in second chances, and a deep understanding of people’s capacity to heal are essential.

The Mental Health Professional will also help integrate mental health services with community engagement activities—both within the organization and in collaboration with external partners—to broaden the reach and impact of care.

Strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of the business realities of providing fee‑for‑service care are necessary. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative, team‑based environment, be eager to address challenges, and be dedicated to integrating comprehensive mental health services into underserved and justice‑involved settings.

Pay ranges from $75,000–$85,000 annually.
