Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid-remote role for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Minneapolis, MN. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, training and educating parents and caregivers, supervising behavioral therapy sessions, and providing guidance to behavior therapists. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client-focused outcomes will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Familiarity with Psychology and Behavior Management principles
• Experience in providing Parent Education and caregiver training
• Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to ethical practices and evidence-based treatment plans
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
