Role Description

This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Minneapolis, MN. The BCBA will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, provide supervision to Behavior Therapists, and monitor client progress. The role also involves parent training sessions, ensuring ABA best practices are applied, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve client goals.

Consistent documentation and adherence to ethical guidelines will be an integral part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, behavior assessment, and intervention strategies.
  • Experience in providing training and supervision to staff and parents.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and treatment plans.
  • Active BCBA certification and a minimum of a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Minneapolis, MN, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with data collection systems and progress monitoring tools is a plus.
