Salary
: $19 - $25 per hour + tips + bonuses.

We have a beautiful 10‑room studio, including a very large breakroom, hand washing stations, hydraulic tables, a sound masking system, a pre‑natal table, and self‑care tools, and all the supplies you need for providing treatment. We aim to change lives by providing fantastic therapeutic massage. Our customer satisfaction scores are some of the highest in the industry (trending above 90%). We can help ensure you are equipped to provide a fantastic massage experience with our Elements Service Path and proprietary client‑therapist matching system. We plan to double our business in the next year and turn away many clients, especially on weekends, so clients are available for you to treat.

• Provide the best therapeutic massage experience possible
• Educate clients on how regular massage can personally benefit them
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces
• Work with clients to develop a treatment plan that is best for them
• Work with the front desk to create a seamless transition and prep customers for a discussion about membership

• 0-100 years of experience
• Must be able to qualify for a massage therapist license in the city of St. Louis Park
• Must be able to carry professional liability insurance

• Our current team consists of 19 therapists with an average of 7+ years of experience.
• Our therapists' schedules are 85% filled every week after 3 months.
• Our general manager is a massage therapist. Culture is a huge priority to her.

We offer full‑time and part‑time roles!

• Our therapists are paid to participate in workshops each year and earn CEU credits.
• Our therapists are also paid for two 60‑minute self‑care massages each month with other therapists in our studio. They are eager to share their knowledge and learn from each other.
• We provide Paid Time Off, Therapist Anniversary Bonus, and paid St. Louis Park license. Discounted professional liability insurance is available.
