Compensation: Net Collections

Employment Type: W2 Full-Time (24 sessions/week)

Lyn Lake Centers for Well Being is an integrative group mental health and wellness practice with over 240 interdisciplinary clinicians and staff. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma‑informed, and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

• Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
• Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations
• Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration
• Conducting diagnostic assessments, monitoring client progress, providing relevant education, and developing treatment plans
• Making referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed
• Attending internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices
• Exhibiting exceptional clinical and boundary‑setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively

• Clinical
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
• Education: Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling‑related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Licensures/
  
  Certifications:
  
  In a pre‑licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Minnesota; ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage

One or more of the following specialties:

• Works with children under the age of 13 years old
• Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR, ART, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brain spotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy
• Experience or training working with Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer's/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women's health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.)

• Our pay structures are commissions‑based/net‑collections and compensation is based on billable services
• Full benefits package available for W2 employees billing an average of 24+ sessions/week
• Estimated salary (based on an average of our lowest and highest net collection amount for a 90837 at 24 sessions/week):
• W2 Full Time – $82,417/year or $66 per session
