The Speech‑Language Pathology department specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children with a range of diagnoses from cleft palate to voice disorders. In addition they also evaluate and treat children who may have difficulties with speech, cognitive‑linguistic skills, feeding and swallowing, and language. Care is provided at the following facilities:
Minneapolis, St. Paul, Woodbury, Roseville, and Eden Prairie.

• Evaluate and provide speech therapy services to children.
• Document services and communicate with providers as needed.
• Provide training to patients/families, staff, and students.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and provide proper care for departmental equipment.
• Manage time effectively and promote satisfaction among patients, families, providers, and intradepartmental colleagues.
• Perform duties in accordance with Children’s MN Standards of Behavior.

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited speech‑language pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Minnesota Department of Health license.
• BLS certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on‑call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
