Student Worker - Kinesiology Department

Responsibilities

• Create laboratory equipment cleaning and maintenance schedule; clean and maintain lab equipment according to schedule.
• Create calibration procedure booklet and calibration schedule; perform calibrations on laboratory equipment according to calibration schedule.
• Maintain laboratory inventory.
• Assure adherence to COVID-19 related policies.
• Monitor open laboratory times.
• Prepare laboratory equipment for courses as needed.
• Assist with fitness assessments as needed.
• Assist with training of students and faculty on equipment.
• Become trained on new laboratory equipment and assist with the training of others on the equipment.
• Assist faculty on other duties as needed.

• Exercise Science or Athletic Training major preferred; other majors welcome but must demonstrate an interest in human performance.
• Strong academic standing.
• Sophomore or higher class standing.

5-7 hours per week.
