- Build and maintain training content covering clinical knowledge, implantation workflow, and device programming
- Develop training tools and programs to support effective skill development and consistent field performance
- Collaborate with Medical Education and subject matter experts to develop customer-facing education
- Assess training needs and implement targeted solutions to improve field capability
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and/or implementing clinical training programs or curriculum design
- Experience with implantable medical devices is required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 25-60% as needed
- Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred
- Experience with sleep medicine a plus
- IBHRE certification is a plus
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
