** About the Role
** Avivo Village is a safe, secure, and service-rich alternative to encampments for unsheltered individuals working toward long-term housing. As a
** Team Lead**, you’ll supervise Resident Advocates, ensure resident safety, and manage day-to-day shift operations. You’ll be part of a trauma-informed, harm-reduction focused team committed to culturally responsive care and recovery principles.

2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
* This is a full-time position with a reduced work week schedule of 32-hours, while receiving compensation equivalent to a 40-hour workweek.

** What You’ll Do
*** Provide work direction and supervision to Resident Advocates during assigned shifts.
* Support program operations and ensure high-quality, mission-driven services.
* Address urgent resident situations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
* Collaborate with the Program Manager to implement policies and procedures.
* Monitor program outcomes and ensure compliance with licensing and reporting requirements.
* Promote Avivo’s commitment to undoing racism and reducing disparities.
* Lead onboarding, training, and supervision of staff, fostering a high-functioning team.## Qualifications###
** What You’ll Bring
***
* Required:
*** High school diploma
* 3+ years of direct client care experience
* 1+ year of formal or informal supervisory experience (team lead, intern supervision, etc.)
* Experience with trauma-informed, harm reduction services
* Familiarity with electronic health records
** Preferred:
*** Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health
* Experience in community mental health settings
* Certification in a behavioral health discipline (e.g., Certified Peer, CHW)---###
** Additional Details
*** Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move frequently in a warehouse-style environment.
* Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
* Must be able to clear a background check.
* Evening/weekend availability required. (Schedule Saturday - Tuesday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)---###
