Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW, with the opening of the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, establish and implement individualized treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including diagnostic updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, in accordance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team to further our mission of addressing gaps in mental health care within the community.
- Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate documentation for each client session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 weekly client visits to meet full-time clinician status requirements.
- Coordinate care and services with case managers, families, employers, medical personnel, school staff, and other Ellie Mental Health team members.
- Actively attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development trainings.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards set forth by licensing boards and Ellie Mental Health policies.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and emerging treatment modalities.
- Demonstrate cultural humility and competence when working with diverse client populations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical directors for case consultation, support, and guidance.
- Support client engagement and retention through timely follow-ups, rapport-building, and motivational strategies.
- Utilize measurement-based care tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to track client progress and inform treatment planning.
- Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, following clinical protocols.
- Promote a positive and supportive work culture through teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
- Participate in marketing or community outreach activities to promote the practice and build referral sources.

- Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LP or MSW) is required to join our innovative mental health practice
- Demonstrated experience in completing treatment plans, clinical case notes, and other relevant documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate, professional boundaries with clients
- Proficiency in completing and submitting accurate documentation of services and other required paperwork in a timely manner
- Comfort and experience working with a diverse population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity
- Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to manage client information and documentation
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices
- Experience working with individuals across the lifespan and various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics
