As a Full‑Time Medical Assistant at Minnesota Urology P.A., you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate, patient‑focused care. You will assist medical providers with a variety of procedures and tests, and may travel to satellite facilities. You will also deliver essential patient education and training, ensuring that patients feel informed and supported, and will communicate with patients and the clinical services team, receiving, recording, and responding to patient calls.

To thrive in this role, you must be a graduate of a medical assisting program or hold a certificate or state license in Minnesota. A compassionate approach, proficiency in medical software and tools, a patient‑focused mindset, hard work, adaptability, and an empathetic demeanor are essential.
