Position: Territory Manager (TGI

Territory Manager, Thoracic

Field-Based / Full Time / Exempt / Permanent

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Launch a new therapeutic modality in the lung cancer space
  • Execute field‑based sales and promotional activities to oncology healthcare professionals, including medical oncologists and supporting staff
  • Develop and implement territory account plans using a collaborative team approach to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Execute corporate and regional strategies within assigned geography to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow HCP prescribing within approved labeling
  • Build confidence in Tumor Treating Fields using approved branded and unbranded materials
  • Provide in‑customer support related to reimbursement and billing activities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, marketing, clinical educators, market access, and patient services teams
  • Utilize data‑driven insights and internal tools to identify trends, refine strategies, and optimize performance
  • Support patient continuity of care by partnering with prescribing physicians to manage patients pending therapy start or on treatment hold
  • Conduct case reviews with prescribing physicians and clinical staff to support patient progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
  • Comply with all company policies, SOPs, and guidelines
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • 3‑5 years of oncology sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Field sales experience in oncology and/or complex therapeutics required; device experience a plus
  • Experience selling to both academic institutions and community oncology practices
  • Strong understanding of lung cancer and the oncology market preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with medical oncologists and HCP teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage sales, marketing, reimbursement, and technical support within assigned territory
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adjust quickly to evolving business and customer needs
  • Willingness to travel 40‑60% weekly, including occasional travel outside territory
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
WHAT WE OFFER

This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $119,000‑$198,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors including education, experience, and demonstrated job‑related knowledge and skills.
