Medical Consumer Support Specialist

Now hiring for a Consumer Support Specialist with a reputable and growing medical device company in Minneapolis, MN. This is a hybrid schedule.

• You are responsible for fielding inbound calls and chat conversations, as well as placing outbound calls to prospective patients.
• You will be responsible for following up on requests for information and providing customer service to potential patients related to company IU Products.
• You will communicate with clinicians, sales, and marketing teams to assist potential patients and patients with support and complaint/conflict resolution.
• Most importantly, this position requires superior Customer Service skills and the ability to discuss intimate medical issues.
• Additionally, the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and have excellent organizational abilities.

2+ years of healthcare customer service experience

• Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm CST are the operating hours.
• Will need to be capable of working until 6pm CST. Flexible.
• Training will be in person, 8:30am to 4:30pm; 2-3 weeks long. Offering Hybrid after training and then 2 days in the office each week.

Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
