Seeking a compassionate LADC/ADC‑T to support patients struggling with opioid substance abuse.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, assessments, counseling (group, individual, family)
- Develop treatment plans, case management, crisis intervention, and client education within SUD and mental health programs
- Manage a caseload of up to 60 patients, meeting at least monthly, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective care
- Minnesota licensure as LADC, ADC‑T permit, or related behavioral health license
- Strong interpersonal skills
