Summit Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, and direct support professionals (DSPs) who thrive on delivering high-quality one-on-one care across the Twin Cities metro area. If you love helping others, can manage multiple client visits per day, and enjoy the freedom of working in the field

- Travel independently between homes across a 35-mile radius
- Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately
- Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities
- 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule
- A heart for service
