Description:

Position / Specialty:
Interventional Radiology Tech.

Shift: 8:00 or 8:30, Monday to Friday.
Works 40 hours per week.
Daily caseload per tech: 9.
On-call duty as needed; 0-4 assignments per month, more is strictly elective.
Experience in inpatient, operating room, ER, and interventional radiology required.
X-ray procedure experience in extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, lower and upper extremities required.
IR/Angio/Special procedures experience in stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, and vascular studies required.
Candidates must have experience with four Siemens interventional radiology suites.
Must possess strong neuro skills.
Cardiology and endoscopy tasks are not required for this role.
Community hospital experience is preferred.
Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby facilities.
Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, and pharmacy.
Adherence to all safety and infection control practices is mandatory.
