North Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a customer service-focused Hospitality Aide to support resident dining services and daily dietary operations. This role works closely with Nursing, Dietary Staff, and Dietitians to ensure residents receive meals that meet both their preferences and prescribed dietary needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with residents and contributing to a positive dining experience.

The Dietary Clerk provides non-direct care support by assisting with resident meal selections, snack and beverage service, and maintaining accurate diet communication between departments while following sanitation, infection control, and customer service standards.

• Obtain resident meal selections according to prescribed diet orders
• Assist with snack and beverage service and meal support
• Replenish resident water pitchers per diet orders and schedules
• Maintain accurate communication between Nursing and Dietary departments
• Support tray accuracy and resident dining preferences
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow facility policies, infection control, and resident rights standards
• Complete additional dietary support tasks as assigned

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position
• Healthcare or dietary experience preferred but not required
