We are looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training.

• Pay: $24‑30 /hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
• Potential wage increases every 6 months

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years old
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and a team dedicated to living ABC’s core values

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
• Member of the BCBA Intern or BCBA In Training (BCBA‑IT) program

• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
