Homewatch Care Givers of St. Cloud is currently hiring multiple private duty caregivers to staff a 24/7 client in need of continuous, high-quality care. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative care team that provides round-the‑clock support to a single client in their home—ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity every hour of the day.

Private duty 24/7 care involves providing non-medical, personalized assistance to clients who require constant supervision and support. This includes help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, companionship, and more. Unlike facility-based care, this service is delivered in the client’s home, allowing them to maintain independence in a familiar environment.

Because the care is continuous, it requires a team of caregivers working in coordinated shifts—typically 8- or 12-hour blocks—to ensure seamless coverage. Each caregiver plays a vital role in maintaining consistency, building trust, and responding to the evolving needs of the client.

Staffing a 24/7 client is a team effort. To maintain uninterrupted care, we are hiring multiple caregivers who can work together to cover all hours of the day and night. This approach ensures:

• Willingness to Travel:
  Must be able to commute to client homes within the service area.
• Experience Preferred:
  Prior experience in home care or a skilled nursing facility is valued but not required—training is available.
• Background Screening:
  Must successfully pass a national and multi-jurisdictional background check, DMV check, and TB screening.
