Overview

As a therapist at Reva Health, you will provide high-quality therapy services to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs. We welcome both pre-licensed therapists who are seeking supervision hours and licensed therapists looking to join a supportive and dynamic team.

Pay: $67,790 - $74,948 a year

Work Location:

Hybrid remote in Minneapolis, MN 55427

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards in all professional activities.

For Licensed Therapists:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current license to practice independently in the state of Minnesota (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).

For Pre-Licensed Therapists:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Eligibility for licensure and commitment to obtaining full licensure.
• Experience in a clinical setting (internship or practicum experience acceptable).

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensure considered.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
