Medical Assistant
Shift: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm) Notes:
The position is for 13 weeks, but it can be extended depending on performance. Only people within 20-mile range. We are looking for a Medical Assistant with previous experience. Duties:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing or eating, in home health or inpatient settings
- Helping transport patients safely by operating wheelchairs, lifts and rolling hospital beds
- Taking vital signs or checking patients into offices
- Observing patient conditions, identifying potential risk factors for patient wellness and communicating them to Nurses
- Updating patient files with vital signs and other information
Requirements:
- COVID card
- Reliable transportation
- MA license from Washington
