HPA Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens opportunity at a tertiary acute-care hospital in Minnesota.

This assignment offers a choice of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, a highly supported 4:1 anesthesia care-team model, and the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 16-week commitment.

Highly Competitive – $210/hour

• Assignment Dates: November 16, 2026 – March 8, 2027
• Initial Contract: 16 weeks with potential to extend
• Openings: 3
• Pay: $210/hour
• Overtime: $315/hour (1.5×)
• Holiday: $315/hour (1.5×)
• Callback: $315/hour (1.5×)
• Shift Options: 8, 10, or 12 hours
• 8-Hour Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• 10-Hour Shift: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 12-Hour Shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Target coverage is approximately 40 hours/week
• Minimum schedules of 36 hours/week for 2 weeks/month may be considered
• First 3 months require 2 consecutive weeks/month
• Every-other-week scheduling may be considered after the first 3 months
• Call is optional
• Occasional overnight coverage is available but not required
• Care Team Model: 4:1
• EMR: Epic
• Patient population:

• Must live 50+ miles from the facility
• Facility is willing to license qualified candidates
