Wound Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with lead provider(s) in the shared accountability for specialty care department performance.
• Manages one specialty within region or across system, or multiple specialties within a region.
• May manage multiple sites.
• May be responsible for both ambulatory and inpatient provider practice.
• Partners with service line leadership to recruit, select and on-board staff, leaders and providers for the region.
• Ensures staff are appropriately trained and operating within scope and at the top of their licensure/role.
• Analyzes and acts on employee engagement data.
• Works with leadership on outreach schedules and access, quality improvement initiatives and staffing models.
• Ensures adherence to safety, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or healthcare, or related field or, Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least four years of directly applicable healthcare leadership experience
• 2+ years of practice management and/or program management and development at a healthcare organization
• Management experience—Will consider internal Allina Health Masters Health Administration (MHA) fellows who have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and successful project management outcomes
